All this and a Cloud hosted Email Server from Microsoft which gives you 25GB of email space per person.

As long as you are in contract you will recieve any new releases free of charge from Microsoft for the products you have on your desktops and the email system is always kept up to date behind the scenes by Microsoft.

And with our 12 or 24 month leasing contracts you know your hardware will be replaced with the latest available models at the end of each term meaning your equipment never becomes museum exhibits.

Problem alerts & Support

As part of our managed service offer The App Cloud will actively monitor your desktops to make sure there's nothing unusual happening and staff are able to work as they should.

This is a proactive service which would alert us to all manner of possible issues. From low disk space to high memory usage or high CPU activity which might indicate an issue. We can set up alerting to ensure we know about it as soon as possible and contct the user to see what the issue is.

Keeping you up to date

Also included in the managed service is your update and patch management to ensure all the latest security fixes and updates are applied from Microsoft. .

Leasing Options

We offer a 24 month contract (subject to credit check). There are many reasons to lease your IT assets. Here are some great reasons why:
